installed,
you can track, analyse and recharge every document
sent
by a student, guest or staff member to any networked
printer or multi functional printer. But that is
not all. Our solution
also monitors the production of copies by staff and
students.
Students and staff can be allocated an account
credited with a fixed number of pages. Prints and copies
are
deducted from their balance. The system is easy to
use, with print
access controlled by password or proximity card.
Students can even be sold blocks of print, converting
a cost
to revenue. The system is a powerful monitoring tool
which
analyses who prints what, where and when.
